The article considers an analysis of additional professional education system, which makes it possible to substantiate the need to assess the system of data intellectual potential in various organizations. The authors have developed a methodology of evaluating intellectual potential management in organizations of additional professional education, allowing to highlight the problems in different functional areas of management and to produce the guidelines to problem solving.
